On one of the busiest days of the year, I called up late (on behalf of a family member who was away for work) placed and order and within 30-60 mins the arrangement was delivered. Great Service, Great pricing, Lovely Team to deal with (I am based in VIC)

A lovely selection to choose from, and the website provides very easy and straight forward navigation. The flowers arrived promptly and according to the birthday recipient, they were 'glorious'. Upon placing the order, I made a follow up call to check that the bouquet had gone through, and spoke to a most helpful member of the team who assured me it had, and the flowers would be delivered the next morning. I ordered a get well gift for my grand daughter online with instructions for delivery next day to hospital. We were told the next morning that she might be able to go home. I then emailed Bunbury Flower Place asking if they could deliver to her first on the list, and very shortly lately received a phone call advising me of the delivery time and offer to deliver to her home address. As the home address is Margaret River (not an option), the manager advised me that Luna's gift would be first drop for the day. The get well gift (balloon, teddy bear and chocolates) arrived at Bunbury hospital within the hour of the phone call. The gift was a winner and cheered the 6 year old immensely. Ordered a native flower selection for Mothers Day as I wanted something that would last a long time. Also added wine and chocolates that were at very reasonable prices. The flowers were so amaing but I was even more impressed with the choclates. The chocolate frogs were arranged to look like a flower arrangement, very creative, fun and beautiful. I liked it thatthis business called me to check whether it was OK to make a small change to the chocolates due to an availability issue.
