I'm very interested in finding out more about your lovely flowers. The photo of your shop is so welcoming...I just want to pop myself into the picture and walk in to see what else you've got hidden in there. However, I'm clear across the ocean in Houston, TX and need to get a get well flower for my Aunty Vida at Gairdner Hospital. Do you have an email address or a way to order online? It would be nice to virtually enter your store to shop. Thanks.

This Business had stood the test of time which in itself proves it's worthy of one of Perths best FloristsOpen nearly always, will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need & more.Even 50 massive Christmas wreaths at very short notice - but that was pushing it! Go there. Testament to a Florist still standing & an incredible staff & owner.

I called from Germany to get flowers delivered to my mum while she was in Bethesda hospital.Owing to the time difference, my call came just before the florist's courier was due to arrive. Instead of shunting the order to the next day or sending me elsewhere, the shop immediately delivered an arrangement to my mum that was crafted with absolute taste and care.This is first-class service and deserves any business that gets through this referral.

Would recommend to everyone. Called to order for same day delivery on a Saturday for a birthday. Very helpful on the telephone and the flowers were beautiful when they arrived as requested. Will use again.

Ordered from into state. Flowers were delivered to the wrong house with the wrong name on the card. My grieving friend had to go collect them from the wrong house. Tried to contact via phone, email and message but received no response, extremely disappointing.

The flowers are very beautiful and the packaging is also very good. Friends around me also praise these flowers. It is a very warm shop that is worth visiting.

Reached out through their website contact form well in advance of Mother's Day to inquire about placing an order. They didn't even provide me the courtesy of a form response to indicate that they had received my information (and were too busy to respond or fulfill, idk?) Nothing. Just silence from their end. Would have loved to support my local florist but this rudeness doesn't warrant a second chance when there were plenty of other florists that were willing to at least respond out of courtesy, whether or not they were overwhelmed by the holiday demand.

Very poor service. This business cannot be trusted.I had paid for the flowers in the morning and told the staff I would be picking them up later in the afternoon at a specified time. They closed the shop early that day, did not call me to say they were closing and even worse, lied about calling me and speaking to someone on my phone. When I spoke to the owner, it was one lie after another and really pathetic excuses. I will never use this business again.

My son was in Bethesda Hospital last week in Perth to have an operation on his knee and i wanted to send some flowers to him to let him know that we were thinking of him here at home on the Gold Coast in Queensland. I spent over an hour or more on the phone ringing around all different florists that came up when i searched the area and the majority of them that I called were all call centres not actual florists which shocked me. After another Google search I found Lizzie bee flowers and called them. The lady that I spoke to was so incredibly helpful and lovely and very understanding of my situation not knowing Perth very well. Lizzie bee sent the most beautiful arrangement of flowers to my son.. beautiful orange coloured roses with the most gorgeous love heart shaped flowers I asked her to make it not look too girly for me and she did a beautiful job wrapping it all in brown paper and having a gorgeous navy blue bow. it was so affordable and even though I called last minute they still put it on their priority list to have them delivered to him only 2 hours later. I cannot recommend this florist more they were so understanding and definitely have their flowers priced in everybody's price range. For anyone that is out there looking to send flowers interstate to Perth I recommend that you definitely call Lizzie Bee Flowers as I could not be happier and I'm very grateful for the service that I received. But the best thing is that my son adored them and said they are the most incredible flowers he has ever seen and I will definitely remember this florist in the future.

as a reference i asked them to look at a picture to show them what flower arrangement i was thinking of they straight out refused without reason, with complete rudeness wouldnt even look narcissistic behaviour, big ego. dont spend $100 over on flowers that will live for 2-3 days and then be thrown out might as well buy something that will last longer. i dont understand some people, they charge crazy amounts for flowers and wont even indulge me to look at a picture
