I recently ordered a large bouquet and bottle of champagne online to be delivered for my brother and new sister-in-law's wedding. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the delivery. The items arrived a day early when they were not home, but fortunately, someone else was there to receive them. However, the bouquet that arrived was not at all what I expected. It was much smaller and did not resemble the expensive arrangement I had ordered. While I understand that substitutions may need to be made, the bouquet I chose was supposed to be soft and romantic, perfect for a wedding celebration. I was very disappointed that the actual bouquet was much smaller and more suitable for a different occasion. Overall, it was not the value for money I had hoped for.

Cottesloe Flowers were superb! Great communication and very helpful in this difficult time when I can’t be there to meet my grandchild and need flowers to give the love.
