My wife loved the flowers . We have been ordering flowers from various florists in Perth and the Posy factory outshines them all.They were very accomodating and professional with excellent communication. I ordered two arrangements and they were better than the pictures. Extremely happy with the quality and presentation. Now they are my top florist .

Mother's Day is never an easy day for florists. I was originally not a completely satisfied. However, my concern was speedily and very professionally addressed and I am very impressed with the service I received. I will certainly use The Posy Factory again.

What a fantastic experience ordering flowers from The Posy Factory. I wanted to get some flowers delivered for Mother's Day, but I live in London so had to arrange it online. Veronika was very helpful and responded to my emails quickly and made the whole experience smooth. Purchased a valentines gift to my girlfriend. She absolutely loved them. Order the 6 Rose's, candle, medium vase , chocolate and cab sauv. She was in heaven. Delivered on Valentines Day.Thanks Team. You done an amazing job. Happy customer :)

After sending a flower arrangement a week early than the date ordered. I was met with a rude response stating my return request was without reason. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service as these were for a wedding and the surprise was ruined by their oversight. In response to the owner it was in December 2021 and it was your shop.

So happy with The Posy Factory. My mum received the most beautiful flowers and delicious champagne for her 60th birthday. Very prompt responses via email and super helpful over the phone.Thank you so much to Rebecca who I spoke to, for all of your help!

I live in the U.S. I have order from TPF about 6 or 7 times. I've never had an issue with what they send out. By far the best place in my book to get flowers from. The flowers are always full of bright, full colors, are always undamaged and very fragrant. Just perfect. Even though they do state before ordering they switch out flowers for ones that are currently in season, which is to be expected, they are always beautiful. Thank you, TPF, for always coming through and making 2 people always very happy.

The bouquet and colours were a little different from the picture but still beautiful and fresh. Took out two colours and totally in love. Will definitely reorder from them. This vase was a few days old so it’s not indicative of its freshness.

Update: BEWARE of this business, they will take your money send you burn't flowers on the wrong day (see pictures of the flowers that were received yesterday that were mean't to be delivered on Valentines Day) and will not issue a refund. Vicky from Stemsationl Floral was unhelpful and rude every phone call and I kept it very professional wasn't disrespectful in any way, they like to lie in order to make themselves look good online.Disgusting and horrible customer service! Ordered Valentines Flowers to a shop that were mean’t to be delivered today. The flowers were NOT delivered and my girlfriend went without today. $220 down the drain.Your staff member Vicky is an horrible lady with no phone manners, the way she answers and takes calls is extremely rude! I expressed to her she was really rude on the phone and she said yeah well I just have a alot of customers in-store" in such a condescending tone and hung up. If it wasn’t for her this situation wouldn’t have been as horrible as it was today.To have something not be delivered and then be spoken down to on the phone was such a horrible experience."
