I really loved my bridal bouquet and bridesmaids' arrangements for the wedding. The pink proteas were massive!They were also very good at keeping in contact and communicating via email and text, making the whole process easy!

The presentation of the hamper was stunning with additional flowers. The flowers were truly artistic and beautiful - no generic bouquet. I received helpful support re my questions on the phone when I was making an online order and the special touches I hoped for the bouquet for my treasured grandmother. She send me pictures when she received it so I could see it was beautifully presented and exactly what I had hoped (but better)!

Once again my daughter has received a beautiful bunch of flowers from Zest. They dealt amazingly with my request for a resend of flowers as the first delivery arrived before her birthday in error. Thank you Bridget, you are a star. I love what you do and the flowers are stunning. A very happy customer.

We are sad to share that we have had a disappointing experience with Zest. We had purchased 7 vases of flowers and they were meant to be delivered at 4pm on the day (my birthday). We received phone call just after 4 saying that they have been busy and the flowers will be delivered at 5, the message was - “we have been busy, we are doing what we can, it is what it is”. We waited and the flowers did arrive, however, after 6. As such, we had to change our plans for the evening to wait for the flowers to arrive and I thought it would be nice to see them before it gets dark. When the flowers were delivered I asked if this type of late delivery would occur for any other special occasions, such as a wedding? The response was “we have apologised, we are busy, it is what it is”. The owner offered a bottle of champagne which is nice gesture, however, would not entertain any discussion around how this was disappointing to us. I should say that the flowers are very nice, it is just unfortunate that the service was not reliable, on a special occasion and they refused any kind of understanding insisting that they had been busy. I am not sure if they cared about us at all as their customers. It didn’t ruin the day but was unpleasant to deal with.

The staff at Zest are to die for!!! Such a lovely, beautiful, cool group of talented girls. Their owner must be proud. Thank you Zest.
